Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence, that’s why we offer a simple return policy:

• Return period: You have 14 days from receipt of the order to request a return.
• Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with all its tags.
• Return process:
  1. Write to our customer service to manage the request.
  2. We will provide you with instructions and shipping address.
  3. Once we have received the product and checked its condition, we will issue the refund or exchange.

Return costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.

2 – Information and Pricing

KITEMIKAZE.COM reserves the right to modify the commercial offers presented on the site (products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time.

All product prices on the website include VAT. The price of each product is clearly visible in its description and on the product detail page.

When a product has a discount, it is indicated as follows: “discounted price” + “original price crossed out” + “discount percentage”.

3 – Product availability and order delivery

The estimated delivery time will depend on the availability of the items in the order.

Products in stock have a delivery time of 48-72 hours. Out of stock items have a delivery time of 7-15 business days. Please note that only in-stock items have a home delivery option and not those that require in-store pickup.

In case of late delivery, you may cancel your order and request a refund.

4 – Incident Resolution and Compensation Policy

If an order is delayed or includes a defective item, KITEMIKAZE.COM will inform you of the situation and will do its best to offer a satisfactory solution. In case of delay, you will be provided with a new delivery time. If the item is defective, the following options will be offered:

• Propose an alternative item of equal price and characteristics.
• Refund the amount paid by credit card or bank transfer.
• Issue a credit code for the amount of the unavailable item.

5 – Preparation, payment and shipping costs

KITEMIKAZE.COM breaks down the order costs in the following concepts:

• Preparation costs: Receiving, invoicing, storage and packing costs are free of charge.
• Shipping costs: Shipments to Spain, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries of the European Economic Community have a fixed cost of 19€ for orders under 250€. Shipments over 250€ are free of charge. For shipments outside the European Economic Community, check rates during the checkout process.
• Financing costs: Only applicable if financing is chosen. Any costs incurred will be borne directly by the customer.

6 – Returns and Claims

You have the right to revoke your purchase within 15 days of receipt of the order. To do so, you can make use of:

All products in KITEMIKAZE.COM are warranted against defects in material or workmanship, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and in accordance with Law 22/94 on civil liability for damage caused by defective products.

Under no circumstances, KITEMIKAZE.COM shall be liable for any damage or injury resulting from the use of this website.
